Entry Requirements
- ✓South African citizen, age 18–29
- ✓Grade 12 / NSC
- ✓Currently unemployed
- ✓Strong English communication
- ✓Customer service mindset and willingness to work shifts
- ✓No prior full-time work experience (YES stream)
- ✓Persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply

Programme Structure
Induction
Weeks 1–2Pick n Pay values, customer experience standards, safety, and product knowledge basics.

In-store learning
Months 1–10Rotations across departments under a store mentor, with structured modules from the Pick n Pay Ackerman Academy.
📍 Allocated Pick n Pay store
Assessment and certification
Months 11–12W&RSETA-aligned summative assessment, portfolio of evidence and NQF Level 4 (or 5) certification.
