Entry Requirements

  • South African citizen, age 18–29
  • Grade 12 / NSC with English at 50%+
  • Currently unemployed
  • Strong English communication and active listening skills
  • Computer literate (basic)
  • Willing to work shifts including weekends

Consumer Contact Centre

Prepaid and contract customer service via voice, chat and social channels

Technical Support

Mobile network, data and roaming technical troubleshooting

Induction

Weeks 1–4

Cell C onboarding, network and product training, POPIA and customer service standards.

Floor coaching

Months 2–10

On-the-job training in a Cell C contact centre under a team leader and quality coach — handling live customer interactions.

Assessment and certification

Months 11–12

MICT SETA-aligned summative assessment, portfolio of evidence and NQF Level 4 certification.
