Entry Requirements

  • Completed (or final-year) 3-year qualification — degree, BTech or honours
  • South African citizen, age 18–35
  • Strong academic record (typically 60%+ average)
  • Discipline relevant to a Vodacom stream — Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Finance, Marketing, HR
  • Be unemployed and not currently in another graduate programme
  • Strong English communication, written and verbal
  • Willing to be placed at any Vodacom location in South Africa
  • Persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply

Programme Structure

Onboarding & rotations

Months 1–6

Structured rotations across your chosen stream — paired with a line manager and a buddy. Cohort training days at Vodacom Campus, Midrand.

Deep-dive specialism

Months 7–18

Embedded with a Vodacom team owning a real project deliverable — own KPIs, stand-ups and sprint deliverables.
