Entry Requirements
- ✓Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate at NQF Level 4 (Mathematics and English; Physical Science for artisan streams); lower grades for 18.1 streams
- ✓Medically fit for underground/mining work (pass full mine occupational-health medical examination)
- ✓Pass background/security screening; valid driver's licence where applicable
- ✓Submit certified documents: ID copy, matric certificate/results, CV, proof of residence (host-community preference)
- ✓South African citizen, unemployed youth (external candidates); complete aptitude assessment and panel interview
