Entry Requirements
- ✓South African citizen, prepared to sign a learnership contract
- ✓Matric (Grade 12) with Pure Mathematics 50% (Level 4) and Physical Science 50% (Level 4) plus English; OR an N3 Certificate with Mathematics 50% and Engineering Science 50%
- ✓Able to read and communicate in English
- ✓Willing to undergo company-sponsored training; select 2 trades in order of preference
- ✓Must pass selection assessments: aptitude/psychometric tests, interview, medical, security clearance, and background checks
