Duration: 18 months
Level: NQF Level 4
Stipend: R7,500 per month

Entry Requirements

  • ✓ South African citizen between 18-35 years
  • ✓ Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and English
  • ✓ Minimum 50% in Mathematics and English
  • ✓ Strong communication and leadership skills
  • ✓ Customer service orientation
  • ✓ Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • ✓ Clean criminal record
  • ✓ Retail or sales experience (preferred but not required)

Inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and operational procedures

Financial planning, budgeting, marketing, and business strategy

Practical experience at major retail chains and stores
