Entry Requirements
- ✓ South African citizen between 18-35 years

- ✓ Medically fit for underground work
- ✓ No fear of confined spaces
- ✓ Clean criminal record
- ✓ Willing to work shifts and underground

Mining Operations
6 monthsDrilling, blasting, hauling, ventilation, mine planning and surveying
Equipment Operation
4 monthsHeavy machinery operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and safety protocols
Environmental Management
2 monthsEnvironmental regulations, waste management, rehabilitation and sustainability
Workplace Experience
3 monthsPractical experience at active mining operations under supervision
