Induction and theory

Months 1-6

Classroom training at the DHA Learning Academy - Immigration Act, Refugees Act, BMA Act, civic services regulations.

Rotations across DHA offices, ports of entry and BMA posts under qualified Immigration Officers and Civic Services managers.
