- βOne of: Technical Grade 12; OR Grade 12 with Mathematics AND Physical Science (min 50%) - Maths Literacy not accepted; OR N2 Certificate with 4 relevant trade-theory subjects; OR NCV Level 4 with Mathematics (min 50%) and relevant trade theory
- βSouth African citizen with valid ID
- βProof of residence (municipal statement/utility bill)
- βMedically fit to work in a mining environment (Certificate of Fitness)
- βGood English (read, write, speak) and willingness to undergo psychometric assessments
