Entry Requirements
- ✓Matric / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4); basic computer literacy and good command of English
- ✓South African citizen with valid SA ID, aged 18-34
- ✓Currently unemployed (typically at least the last 6 months) and not currently studying
- ✓Less than 12 months prior work experience; no prior participation in the FirstJob programme
- ✓Clear criminal and credit record

Recent cycles have opened between February and April, so watch the FirstRand careers portal and sayouth.mobi from January 2027. Listings on aggregator sites that still say open are out of date.
