Entry Requirements
- ✓South African citizen, age 18-34
- ✓Pharmacy stream: Grade 12 with Maths (or Maths Lit) and Life Sciences
- ✓Retail stream: Grade 12 / NSC
- ✓Currently unemployed
- ✓Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
- ✓Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
- ✓No criminal record (pharmacy stream requires SAPC registration)

Programme Structure
Induction
Weeks 1-2Clicks values, customer service, basic pharmacy compliance and Clicks Clubcard standards.

Theoretical + experiential training
Months 1-10Pharmacy assistant stream: SAPC-accredited modules plus dispensary practical. Retail stream: structured store rotations.
