Entry Requirements
- ✓Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent
- ✓An existing NQF Level 4 hospitality qualification: National Certificate (Vocational): Hospitality (NQF Level 4, SAQA-registered) OR CATHSSETA Professional Cookery (NQF Level 4, SAQA-registered). A Higher Certificate in Food & Beverage Operations Management (NQF Level 5) is advantageous

- ✓Computer literacy essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
