Entry Requirements

  • βœ“Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent
  • βœ“An existing NQF Level 4 hospitality qualification: National Certificate (Vocational): Hospitality (NQF Level 4, SAQA-registered) OR CATHSSETA Professional Cookery (NQF Level 4, SAQA-registered). A Higher Certificate in Food & Beverage Operations Management (NQF Level 5) is advantageous
  • βœ“Minimum 1 year culinary experience in a formally brigaded kitchen
  • βœ“Computer literacy essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • βœ“Willingness to work long hours and shifts as per hospitality industry standards; subject to fraud and credit checks
