Entry Requirements

  • βœ“South African citizen, aged 18-35, unemployed and an Employment Equity candidate at time of appointment
  • βœ“Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science - Maths Literacy is NOT accepted for the Packaging stream (min ~40% Maths / 50% Science)
  • βœ“Two South African languages including English
  • βœ“Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company (N3 Engineering with maths & science, or N5/N6, advantageous)
  • βœ“Shortlisted candidates undergo literacy/numeracy testing plus medical and security clearance
