Entry Requirements
- βSouth African citizen, aged 18-35, unemployed and an Employment Equity candidate at time of appointment
- βGrade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science - Maths Literacy is NOT accepted for the Packaging stream (min ~40% Maths / 50% Science)
- βTwo South African languages including English
- βMust not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company (N3 Engineering with maths & science, or N5/N6, advantageous)
- βShortlisted candidates undergo literacy/numeracy testing plus medical and security clearance
