Requirements
- ✓South African citizen, under 35 years of age
- ✓Recently qualified / unemployed graduate with a relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in the discipline applied for
- ✓Little to no formal corporate work experience
- ✓Qualification must align with the discipline (e.g., Mechanical/Electrical/Mining Eng, Supply Chain)
- ✓Preference for candidates residing near Exxaro operational areas (eMalahleni, Lephalale, Belfast)

PIT stands for Professional-in-Training: a 24-month graduate development and in-service training contract, extending to 36 months for some disciplines.
