Overview
Requirements
- ✓Completed National Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor's degree at NQF Level 6 or 7 in a relevant discipline
- ✓Recent/unemployed graduate seeking first formal work experience (preference)
- ✓Host-community applicants prioritised - proof of residence stamped by tribal authority or municipality
- ✓Full CV, certified copies of qualifications, and copy of SA ID
- ✓Must pass medical fitness testing and assessments

Anglo American runs two separate offerings. The Graduate Programme is for degree and postgraduate holders with under two years of experience, and is a graduate scheme rather than an internship. Separately, 12-month paid internships (NQF 6-7, with a monthly stipend) run at the South African Platinum operations, with some places reserved for host-community candidates. Check which one you are applying for.
